    There can only be on NT Continuum adapter running at any time

    I lost internet and of course NT stopped. The internet came back and but NT did not. I tried to close NT but it was locked up. Mouse was not able to interact with NT in any way.
    I killed the NT process and tried to restart but then it said the dll was bad. I downloaded NT and reinstalled after rebooting the computer. I was then able to bring up NT but when I tried to connect I got a login failed message : There only can be one NinjaTrader Continuum adapter running at any time.

    What do I do now????

    Hello Taddypole,

    I'd like to take a closer look at your log & trace files, as they should explain exactly what occurred.

    As these files contain some personal information, it'd be best if you could send them to us through the platform directly.

    To do this, please click on Help > Email Support and ensure "Log & Trace files" is selected.

        Hello Taddypole,

        I just wanted to follow up with you, as we have not yet received any files.

        Is it possible the platform was not able to send these files?

        An alternative would be to compress them manually and email them to us directly. I've listed the instructions for this below:
        • Open Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents") > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
        • Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
        • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
        • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
        If you could add the same message to this email ( ATTN Manfred 2952236 ) and email it to platformsupport (at) ninjatrader (dot) com we are happy to take a closer look!
