Datafeed problem?

Can you guys tell me if I can solve this problem? I think it is a question of data feed, I have continuum CQG. Charts open regularly when not connected. As soon as I connect to the data feed it gives me this graphic error. See Attachment

That being said, we would need to take a look at your platform's diagnostic files to get a better idea of what is happening here.

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
