Download Replay Data is not working

    Download Replay Data is not working

    I've just installed release 42 of NT 7.

    When I connect to "Download Replay Data" I receive a message.

    I've attached an image of the message to this note.

    Also, I tried to download data for NQ, I see the "Downloading replay data NQ 12-20", but the operation never completes.

    After I installed version 42, I did run "reset instruments".

    Is there something else I should be doing?

    Unfortunately the image is not attached. Can you please attach it or tell me what the message says.

    What date did you select for the NQ 12-20? When I test December 9th 2020, it works without issue on my end. If you test the same date, do you download Market Replay data successful?

      Hello. I've received a note from NT platform support. It says that you are no longer supporting Windows 7 because it's now unsupported by Microsoft. And that is why I'm seeing the message, "Can't connect to the historical market data server. The specified value is not valid in the 'SslProtocolType" enumeration." I must have missed the NT announcement that any customer running NT7 on Windows 7 will have to migrate to another OS. I will signup for a colocated server that is running a supported version of Windows Server. Are there any known issues running NT 7 release 42 under Microsoft Windows Server?

        NinjaTrader 7 is supported on Windows 8 and Windows 10 as well as Windows Server 2012 and later.


        I'm not aware of any issues with Windows Server 2012 or later.
