Cursor randomly changes to sheet of paper looking thing, how to change it back?

A couple times a month my cursor will change to look like the attached pic. I can try Alt-Q to change it back to the crosshairs, but that doesn't work. I've never been able to figure out how to change it back, it just seems to randomly go back to normal after a while each time. How do I fix this when it happens?

Update: If I right-click the chart and open "Properties" then immediately exit out, it goes back to normal (at least that worked this time)

Your screenshot shows the crosshair appearing as expected on a chart in NinjaTrader 7. May I ask for some additional information about what problem you're having exactly?

Now that it's not doing it I don't know how to get a screenshot of it. Next time it happens I'll try again
