Free pre/postmarket NYSE data

Two separate questions:
1) What's the lowest cost option for adding pre and postmarket data for US stocks (NYSE)?
2) I also have etrade but it doesn't seem to connect automatically to Ninjatrader... I don't want to manually import data but if there isn't a good answer for question #1, is there an option to manually export and import this data into Ninjatrader?
