With free version of NT7, i get this error. This was my first try with NT7 and i have IBpro acct with data subscription. I have configured TWS as suggest by NT document for connection.

"Error on loading chart data for <ETFname>" - get same for any ETF i try

Could you please send the log and trace from your platform to look further into this inquiry?

To send me your log and trace files from within NinjaTrader. Go to Control Center-->Help-> Mail to Platform Support in NinjaTrader. Put '2824330 Att Shawn', in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.

Also, give a reference of this thread in the body of the email.

Sent an email thru NT7 sw as per your instuctions. Couldn't confirm if it went thru ok. There was no attachment of any type. If the attachments is required then please let me know which files (need filenames and which directory they reside in) to send. Thanks.

We didn't seem to receive an email, can you try sending these manually instead to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com?

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

Thanks Ryan, finally I got the data issue partially fixed. It works for QQQ and SPY etfs but not their inverse etfs like SH and PSQ.

I have live data from these exchanges.
Do I have to subscribe any more exchanges to see data for other etfs like SH, PSQ, HYG, AGG etc

You would need to confirm with your broker that you are enabled for the proper exchanges for the instruments you wish to have live data for, as they will be more knowledgeable and only they can make changes to your account subscriptions.
