Can't Connect to IB

IB does not support TWS 887 anymore. This is the version required to run the lastest version of NinjaTrader. I can't use Ninja Trader at this time. How can I fix this?

TWS version 887 is the only currently supported version for connecting to NinjaTrader.

If you have upgraded to a later version you can reinstall the correct version from the link listed below:

According to IB TWS version 887 is no longer supported by IB. The only version that you can run in IB is TWS 888.

I checked the IB website and the 887 download is still available for customers to downgrade so you should still be able to use this version.

We will update our website when 888 is supported, but at this time you will need to use 887.

TWS is still on the website but if you call tech support, they will tell you that TWS 887 is no longer supported by IB

TWS 887 may not be the latest (it's a few weeks old) but it definitely is supported by IB and you savely could keep using as per our recommendation.
