    Cancelling active orders.

    Hi,

    Every time I want to log off, a window pops up saying 'You have 2 active orders'. I have been trying to find out were these active orders are but I cannot find them. Were can I find these active orders so that I can cancel them or delete them?

    Do you display these orders in the Orders-tab? If so, please check what account holds the orders. If this is the sim101 account, please reset it at Tools-->Options-->Simulator-tab. More information can be found at the link below.


    If this is your live account, please contact your broker and check if the orders are displayed on their end.
