Problem using Market Replay on ninja trader 7 Candlestick bars appear incomplete

I am trying to use market replay in ninjatrader 7 but I get an error.
When I run the time the Candlestick are incomplete on the day I am trading. For example, on 08/03/2020 I attached the image. I have the same problem on ninja trader 8.I have installed the program on another pc and the problem persists

Hello Pathh,

Please note that the 12-20 expiry month was not the front month on August 3 - 5 2020. The ES rolled over to the 12-20 expiry month on September 10 2020. The ES 09-20 was the front month during these dates. Because 12-20 was not the front month, there is very low volatility which causes the price bars you see in your screenshot.

You can find rollover dates as follows in NinjaTrader 7. Please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Instrument Manager, highlight an instrument and click Edit. Select the Misc-tab and scroll to the bottom. Click the 'Contract Months' row and the click the '...' button. A new window will open up that displays expiry months and their rollover dates.

If you replay the ES 09-20 during these dates, you should receive data as you normally expect.
