Fine Tuning Strategy Analyzer

New to NinjaTrader and just went through the sample video demo backtest based on default MACD 1 min.

I ran it again on the YM in Oct with increasing minutes found increasing profits.

How can I apply this default MACD indicator to executing real or sim trades? Can it be automated with Interactive Brokers, or do I have to watch the moves and click my entries/exits?

How can I fine tune the backtest by applying my stop strategies created within NinjaTrader? And then apply the whole strategy live?
