ATM Strategy problems.

I receive this error when I was in a 6 car trade "10/20/2008 7:48:49 AM,Order,Order rejected - reason:No such order (201) Affected Order: Sell 0 StopLimit @ 961.75 x 959.25,"

while using an ATM strategy. Once Target 1 was reached the stop was moved to breakeven. And then the error appeared. I clicked OK.

The DOM no longer handled this trade and I had to adjust my stops manually using TWS.

Now when I group trades by ATM the trade is only a 2 car trade and gives me incorrect P/L.

I used this ATM strategy once then made this second trade where it failed. I can use an ATM strategy once and it works fine but when I try the strategy again it always gives me this error forcing me to manage the trade in TWS. Cusing discrepancies with my atm stratedy P/L.

The only way to prevent this from happening is switching to another strategy then switching back...

Hello,

Thank you for your post.

Please try repairing your database: Tools --> Options --> Misc --> RepairDB.

Then delete and recreate the ATM strategy that has the issue.

Please let me know if the problem persists.

I will try the strategy again tomorrow. I did the DB repair and it was successful but when I group trades by atm strategy my p/l is off. Most likely because I had to deal with stops manually and it doesnt see them as a part of the strategy because of the error and tws manual stop placements. Is there any way of editing the db to get these trades associated with the correct strategy?
