Unable to get NT to work

Using NT for about 3 months now. Decided to upgrade to 6.5.

Upgraded and weirdness happened so...

I uninstalled and re installed - no change.
I uninstalled both NT and .net, reinstalled both - no change.
Uninstalled everything, upgraded to 3.5 net (NOT sp1) - downloaded custom build NT6.5 - no changes.

The charts all load but I am unable to do anything with the scripts - even delete them.

I keep getting the attached msg - even when I went and deleted all the internal script on anything that I had made (which took ages)- so the files were effectively empty. It still says there are dependencies.

I no longer know what to do.

Oh one thing I did notice - when I uninstall from control panel - the program file NT 6.5 is not deleted, I had to manually do that.

Please uninstall NinjaTrader via the Control Panel. Delete the NinjaTrader 6.5 folder under My Documents. Note, you will lose all saved settings and data.

Clear your browser cache and re-install NinjaTrader. Check if the issue persists.

Multiple instances found

Ah - I have discovered 3 instances of Ninja Trader on my computer. Hence the problem.n No idea how that happened.
All sorted now.
