SuperDOM not working on delayed iqfeed

I have the IQFeed standard service (this is realtime AMEX, NYSE, NASDAQ, etc). and it has delayed futures by 10min
I downloaded NinjaTrader to test in simulation mode how is the platform to trade futures, so the 10min delayed is fine for this.

The problem is on both SuperDOM windows, it doesnt display anything, I connect sucessfully to the IQFeed adapter and in the control center I see the data is comming properly (bid/ask updating etc), but why the SuperDOM is not working ?

I tryed to do the same thing from a normal stock and all works good, seems only with futures the problem, this is because is 10min delayed ? it should be some bug, pls help...

Can you please verify you are subscribed to Level II data with IQFeed. If not, this is as expected.

No, I don't have level II but SuperDOM is working nice on any stock (without level II) I dont understand why this is a requirement...

So the conclusion from the above thread is that having the SuperDom working on stocks without level II subscription is a bug ???
What data you supposely need to see here, not previous prices but order stack level II entries ?

If it works on Level I data, most likely it is related to a bug in the IQFeed adapter as mentioned in post #12 in the thread.

You would see real-time data in the SuperDOM and market providing this is supported by the data feed.
