CQG Unrealized PNL not updating

Good morning,

I have an AMP trading account (NT7 live licence), i have the EUREX market live data via CQG, when i don't have any position, everything works well.

However, when i have an opened position :

1 - the chart is not updating (i have to make Reload All Historical Data) to update it

2- On the Dynamic Super Dom, my position appears with the limit and stop orders, however the unrealized PNL is not updating

3 - On the "Positions tab", the unrealized PNL is updating

Can you help ?

Can you please send me your log and trace files so I can investigate.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
