Real Time Data Delayed

I am subscribed to Kinetick's basic service for $65/month.

When I connect to NinjaTrader's Continuum live data, everything works great. My chart data is in real-time. No delay. But I need live data of the TICK symbols.

So I have a subscription to Kinetick. When I connect to my Kinetick live data feed, the TICK symbols are in real-time, but my live data feed of any futures symbols (ES 09-20, MES 09-20) is delayed by 10 minutes.

Any suggestions?

This is actually for NinjaTrader 8. Sorry. If someone can move this over to NT8 I'd appreciate it.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

Cancel that. I didn't realize that Kinetick required an additional subscription to the CME Globex to get real time data of the futures market. Sigh.
