trade closing anomaly

excuse the inaccuracy of writing: I use an online translator
on my NT7 demo happened again (but not always) a problem:
1) on the chart trader I executed a "sell" strategy, with stop loss
2) on the chart trader after some time I executed a second "buy" strategy complete with stop loss and license plates (OCO)
3) at the time of the execution of the second "buy" strategy, under the "ATM strategy" button field, the name of the same strategy was already selected
4) I clicked at the top "buy market"...... and to the astonishment of the NT7 instead of executing the strategy mentioned in point 2 closed the first "sell" strategy. Ultimately: it closed everything!!!
I ask: did I make a mistake in sending the second "buy" order?
or is there a problem in the platform?

Hello pol133, thanks for your question.

If you are short on the account and you submit a buy order that will close out your short position. Your account can only be long or short at one given time, not both. Is this what happened in the scenario?

I don't understand anything anymore!!!
until a few days ago I executed some strategies (with the demo) of the opposite sign (first long and then short or opposite) between them and the NT7 did not close me all 2 strategies... while the last steps performed in the same procedure, the NT7 now closes them to me!!!

It's possible to switch back and forth from long to short. The SampleMACrossover strategy does this. You can view that strategy in the platform by default. If you have an example that I can help with I will be happy to take a look.
