related orders not automatically deleted

excuse for inaccurate language: I use an online translator
I'll write an example:
1) I run a long market for an OCO strategy. So a stop loss order and a target order both sell
2) I want to close this OCO strategy, before one of the 2 mentioned stop loss and targhet orders are executed (before the time)
3) from the "control center" of the NT7, if I open the "orders" window, at the top of the gray rectangle, I click "sell"
4) on my DEMO NT7 sometimes the 2 mentioned stop loss and targhet orders (point 2) are automatically cancelled by the program and sometimes these orders have to be cancelled by hand!!!
I point out that at the moment I always have 2 strategies both OCO and always of opposite sign between them and therefore I am forced to close only one of these 2, through the window "orders" (from the "control center").
While: if I click on "close" of the "chart trader" I close both strategies
I ask: why?
or am I wrong about something?

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "2710977 ATTN Marco G" in the subject line and a link to this forum post in the message body so I may investigate this matter further.

Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
Once you have emailed these to us, you may delete these compressed folders.
