    PC crashes and orders on the server

    Good morning
    sorry for the inaccuracy of the language: I use an online translator
    a precise question
    If on my NT7 I have executed real orders (with real money) and my computer crashes or lacks internet connection, stop loss orders and target orders remain on the NT7 server and run automatically? Or doesn't this happen?

    Glad to assist. Live pending orders do exist outside of your PC depending on the Order State, so will fill when NinjaTrader is closed. Please see the below link of our help guide for more on order states.

    Note: setting of NinjaTrader that modify orders such as Trailing Stops or Breakeven strategies do need NinjaTrader open and connected to function.

    In a situations where you are not able to manage the orders, the best practice would be to give your broker's Trade or Order Desk a call. The following publicly-available link will give further information on the NinjaTrader Brokerage 24-hour Emergency Trade Desk.
