Charts under 1 minute don't load after hours

I get my data from IB. When opening charts when the futures markets are closed, charts with bars of under 1 minute don't load. The 5 and 2-minute charts load, but the 20-second chart is blank. Is there anything I'm failing to do to pick up this data, or any reason this might not work. I can't figure it out. Thanks for your help!

Thank you for your post.

This is because lower /Second bars are built using Tick data, and the Interactive Brokers connection in NinjaTrader does not support historical tick data. See the below section of our help guide for more on the data types needed to build various chart bars.
