Performance Tips: Chart Refresh time??

I am having ongoing issues w Ninja and wish to try the following:

From NT v6 user guide:

• The following are some suggestions that can help you fine tune your NinjaTrader installation to run optimally:

Charting

• Increase your chart refresh interval by increasing the value of the chart property "Display update interval (sec)"

I have never seen this property before and can't find it now. Does this just mean use 5 minute bars instead of 10 tick bars? or is there a variable to set how the charts update?

The update interval option is located in the chart properties box. Right click in chart and select properties.
