NQ chart works while FDAX chart does not

Hi,

I got two charts oppened: NQ and FDAX, both with the same data series: 1 minute.

NQ works perfectly: it draws the price oscilating
FDAX does not oscilates: it draws all the graphic but the last bar is stopped. When I reload data, it draws a new price.

My conclusion is that FDAX is working, but for some reason it does not draw the oscilation of prices correcly.

Any idea?

Based on the information you've provided, it sounds like your connection is not enabled for real-time Eurex data.

If you're connected to a futures demo provided by CQG, this is expected - the futures demo only provides real-time data for the most popular US futures instruments and does not provide real-time Eurex data. You'll need a paid data feed through a brokerage account or supplementary data provider for which you can then subscribe to the real-time data you desire.
