i have NT open on 2 charts and i get this error
i find it strange would like to know to go overcome it.

It seems you requested too much historical data at once. Please check if you have workspaces running in the background that will also request data.
Please go to File-->Workspaces and check for workspaces in between "Save Workspace As" and "Default". Select each workspace one by one and close it via File-->Workspaces-->Close Workspace.
If you receive this error, please wait 5 minute and you should be able to request data again.
