How to setup Account Groups for two different accounts

I have 2 futures brokers accounts. I want to trade w/ Ninjatrader. But my scenario is that, if I buy 1x ES in account A, 1xMES should also be bought in account B account. Is this possible to do so? Also, can I find any guide how can I setup Account Groups?

Account groups may be configured by going to Control Center > Tools > Options > Data. From there, you may select Account Groups and assign accounts to a group.

I am able to add Group Accounts in Ninja 7. But how can I tade multiple instruments in different accounts? For example, I want to place ES long in my account A and it should automatically trigger MES long in account B.
