Chart not loading

I have tried loading a new chart, and no data is shown. I only see the price grid and range from 0 to 0.1
I have price feed, as the instrument (same instrument same expiry) on the orders tab is updating last price, and bid and ask sizes. This issue is only on the chart display. No candlesticks are formed.

Additionally, please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
