Not able to start NT 6.5.

Hello, I am fighting with starting NT on my computer. I have been using NT over a year now, but recently had reinstalled XP on my notebook and since then I cannot make NT work. Whole installation and set up process goes fine. But once I click the icon on my desktop (or start it from START menu) nothing happens. I tried to delete all NT files, download again and then install few times, but without success. I have latest NET Framework 3.5 installed. Any suggestions what might cause the problem?

I had the same problem after using the Visual Studio installer which includes .NET 3.5 SP1 from here:

The new build fixed things for me.
