Strategies not backtesting

Hi, my name is Oliver.
I have been using Ninjatrader8 platform since February 2020.
I never had any problems.
About a week ago I got one. I made a new strategy and I tried to backtest it.
It did now show any changes. Compilation did not throw any errors. I tried it about a hundred times but the backtest did not show any changes. Everything was set to zero.
Then I tried to download a sample strategy from github. I added it to the strategies folder compiled and backtested it. Nothing happened. I think it is a problem of ide, not the strategy. I also reinstalled the Ninjatrader8. It did not help.
What do you recommend me to do?

Thank you for your note.

The first thing I would recommend is ensuring you are connected to your data provider, then try running a backtest using the Sample MA Crossover strategy. Do you receive results?

What time frame, instrument, bar type and interval are you running the backtests on? (Example: ES 09-20 1 minute from 01/01/2020 to 07/01/2020)

Do you receive any error messages, either on screen or in the log tab of the Control Center?
