Strategy stopped when NT disconnect/connect

I have big problem with automated system.
Currently I'm using SIM account for verify my automated system and I have found that sometimes after connect/disconnect (ISP not stable, but internet can't be 100% uptime) NT stopped systems. Only one way start system again in this case. Close manually current position and then add systems again.
Is it possible run systems one time?
PS. I can see only one way now. Add DB code and update some ODBC database each 30 seconds. External tool will check this DB and if update stopped send SMS(s) to my phone.

You will need to take the steps you described; close position and restart your strategy.
