Chart Not Loading
I've been having trouble with my chart. It is not loading new data. Also when I go to open a new chart nothing appears. I've tried restarting my computer multiple times and uninstalling NT8 still no luck. Please help.1 PhotoTags: None

Thank you for your note.
Please follow these steps to roll over the expiration date of a Futures contract:- Navigate to the Control Center > Tools > Database window.
- Left-click the ‘Rollover’ button that appears just below the table under the ‘Rollover futures instruments’ section.
- Close this window when this process completes.

I've already rolled over my contracts, this problem is still occurring. I'm on 06-20Last edited by DailyGrind; 06-29-2020, 08:47 AM.
