Chart Not Loading

I've been having trouble with my chart. It is not loading new data. Also when I go to open a new chart nothing appears. I've tried restarting my computer multiple times and uninstalling NT8 still no luck. Please help.

Please follow these steps to roll over the expiration date of a Futures contract:

• Navigate to the Control Center > Tools > Database window.
• Left-click the ‘Rollover’ button that appears just below the table under the ‘Rollover futures instruments’ section.
• Close this window when this process completes.

I would not expect live data on the MES 06-20 contract, as it would be expired.

If you change the contract to 09-20, do you see data?
