Chart not loading

Hello,

The platform does not stop surprising me for the worse, 3 weeks ago I had a problem with the PLAYBACK that you solved and from there I stopped using NT8.

Today I use NT8 again but now to do LIVE operations but the charts are not updated, I thought maybe it was because I was using ES06-20 and MES06-20, I changed to ES12-20 and MES12-20 and still the graph did not shows me the price update. Restart it in SAFEMODE and nothing gets fixed.

Thank you for your post.

The current front month for both ES and MES is not 06-20 or 12-20, it is 09-20. Please follow these steps to roll over the expiration date of a Futures contract:

• Navigate to the Control Center > Tools > Database window.
• Left-click the ‘Rollover’ button that appears just below the table under the ‘Rollover futures instruments’ section.
• Close this window when this process completes.

The instument updated to ES09-20 and MES09-20 but the chart it is not loading/updating second by second.

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
