Platform froze on me and gave me a error message

Platform froze on me and gave me a error message
On sim account, in the middle of a trade everything froze and The only place I couldn’t see my mouse arrow was on the chart. I had to close down the platform re open it. Now when I go to enter another trade it won’t let me. It give an error message. What happened? How do I fix this? ThanksTags: None

Thank you for your post.
This error message indicates that your TIF (Time in Force) setting for your order is set to GTD or "Good till date" and the date you are using is in the past.
If you change this date to be a future date, or change the TIF in your order submission window to day, are you able to place the order without this message?
