      Hello,

      Thank you for your note.

I would first try deleting your historical data.

To delete the historical data, follow the steps below.
      • Shut down NinjaTrader.
      • Open the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > db folder.
      • Delete the sub-folder named cache, tick, minute and day.
      • Restart NinjaTrader and test.

Please let us know if we may be of further assistance.

That didn't seem to work either. Any other ideas?

The roll over date on the instrument manager is defaulting to 6/11/20 instead of 6/18/20. I changed it but it keeps changing back. it also has an offset of -10.5 whatever that means

3rd time's a charm. I just updated the date in the Instrument manager to 6/18/20 for the 3rd time and it finally loaded yesterday's data: Select your instrument, click Edit. Click the Misc tab. scroll to the bottom. click the bottom row and then click the 3 dots button that appears. Click on 09-20 and change the rollover date to 6/28/20. Click OKs all the way out then reload historical data on your chart

How do I select my instrument to edit it?

                  Hello,
The discrepancy showing on your chart is larger than the contract offset, so I suspect something else is causing this issue. Does this persist on the NQ contract?
Who are you connected to for data?

Tools. Instrument Manager. Select from the list on the right - Available Master Instruments. I was just missing yesterday's data starting from 16:00 Wednesday

                      NQ looks normal to me

As for data, I'm connected to "Continuum". My broker is Phillip Capital (I think they provide the data?)

                          Hello,
I would next try resetting your instruments and then clearing the historical data again.

To reset your instruments please follow the steps below:
                          • Disconnect from your data feed: NinjaTrader Control Center> File> Disconnect> Select your data feed.
                          • Reset your Instruments: NinjaTrader Control Center> Tools> Options> Data tab> Reset Instruments>OK.
                          • Restart NinjaTrader> Connect (NinjaTrader Control Center> File> Connect> Select your connection.
Then please follow the steps below again to wipe your historical data:
                          • Shut down NinjaTrader.
                          • Open the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > db folder.
                          • Delete the sub-folder named cache, tick, minute and day.
                          • Restart NinjaTrader and test.
If the issue persists after doing so, please write to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com ATTN Ryan and link this forum post in the email.
