Is your Documents folder on a shared network drive?

Here is the error message, https://www.screencast.com/t/g56uA3FaR0q. Again when I click "Yes", it does not do anything. After hitting it twice, it disappears.

              Hello 2wealth,

I checked the logs and removed them so personal information is not shared publicly.

Do you see issues starting the 64 bit version when testing in a clean environment?

              Clean Environment Test:

Creating a clean environment can be done by following the steps below:
              1. Close NinjaTrader 7, and rename the "NinjaTrader 7" folder in My Documents to something like: "NinjaTrader 7 OLD"
              2. Uninstall NinjaTrader from the Windows Control Panel and reinstall using the installer from http://ninjatrader.com/PlatformDirect
              3. Add the required indicators and test the template.
If you ever need to switch back to your original platform, you may do so by closing NinjaTrader and swapping the platform folder names.
For example, Close NinjaTrader and rename the new "NinjaTrader 7" folder to "NinjaTrader 7 NEW" and the "NinjaTrader 7 OLD" folder to "NinjaTrader 7." Then restart the platform. Simply put: NinjaTrader 7 will always load the "NinjaTrader 7" folder in My Documents.

The error noted in your logs mentions accounts are reset due to an XML error in the Documents\NinjaTrader 7\Config.xml file. Deleting this file when the platform is closed will allow you to configure new connections. You will see that pop up window and configured connections will be lost taking this step.

If you are still seeing the error from post 19, could you write in to platformsupport [at] ninjatrader [dot] com with your complete log and trace folders in a zip and a Windows Event Viewer log? Please include a link to this thread and the text "Attn Jim/Chris L 2600381" along with those files if this is the case.

To get the Event Viewer log please do the following:
              • Go to the start menu in Windows and search for Event Viewer
              • Expand 'Windows Logs'
              • Left click on Application
              • Right click on Application
              • Select 'FilterCurrent Log...'
              • Change the 'Logged' drop down option to 'Last 24 hours' > OK
              • Right click on Application again
              • Select 'Save Filtered Log File As...'
              • Make note of the save location, Enter a name for the file, and select Save
Please attach the saved Event Viewer log to your email when writing in.

              We look forward to assisting.
