Volume Candles Missing

You can see just one big candle verses 20 candles - - All the settings are the same for both systems. One system is in Boston EST and the other is in Germany. WE have tried everything the supports people have suggested. Reset DB, deleted cache 24/7 template.
Any ideas.

If you create a new 450 volume chart, with 7/24 session, does problem show up in new chart? If so, try ETH session, does it show up there?

To send me your log and trace files from within NinjaTrader. Go to Control Center-->Help-> Mail to Platform Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Att Shawn', in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.
