Is there any way to export the bid and ask dom in real time to excel or every 1/x sec

Thank you for your post.
This is not available by default.
You can export to a text file by goin to Tools --> Historical Data --> Export.
I suggest contacting a NinjaScript Consultant to see if they can help you create NinjaScript that may be able to do this.
