Logon problem with Demo License Key

Hello,

When I tried to log in to NT just now, I received a notice that my log on has been disabled and that I need to contact my FCM.
Up until Friday everything had been working alright. My FCM is AMP Futures and I have contacted them.

But what I do not understand is that I can`t even log in to a SIM account with my Demo License key. What do I have to do to be able to do that?

Thank you for your note.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2581574" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

Thanks for checking it out Chris. As it turned out, it was indeed something on the broker`s side and is fixed now.
