Channel and trend lines on chart after restart

Hi,

I got a strange problem with NT7.

Opening the chart, drawing my channel and trend lines, keeping it open for the trading day and once I restart NT7 (like when the day is finished and turn off the PC) and start it again next day all my channel and trend lines (the ones with an angel) are mostly mixed up and are not fitting anymore the way I was putting it the day before.

I do save my workspace and it is reopening exactly the same charts and windows but the lines are totally scuffed. Either the channels are double or triple the size compared to when I drew them or not fitting my drawings at all anymore.

When I replace the channel and trend lines then and restart NT7 again they are at the same place how I left them.

Any idea what this problem Is about?
It is annoying because every day I have to redraw all my lines so they fit the candles and chart.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "2576735 ATTN Marco G" in the subject line and a link to this forum post in the message body so I may investigate this matter further.

Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
Once you have emailed these to us, you may delete these compressed folders.
