Enabled Alerts

Hi NJ,

I've managed to set a alert on one of my charts.

However, once its been triggered, its seems the enabled tick box seems to be un-selected.

Is there a way for the alert to be constantly enabled?

Thank you for your post.

So I may accurately assist you, please answer the following question.

- Are you using a custom strategy to set the alert on a chart?

Additionally, please send a screenshot of the enabled tick box that seems to un-select.

To send a screenshot with Windows 7 or newer I would recommend using the Windows Snipping Tool.

Alternatively to send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screenshot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.
