IB (Interactive Brokers) Setup for NT7

I see that IB is a supported broker but I do not see them in the drop down list of available brokers in the Connection setup wizard as it shows in the setup documentation. Is there a different place to get them setup?

In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.
2.) Your license key which can be found under Help->License Key
3.) Your most current trace and log files.

You will find the file here: My Documents > NinjaTrader 7-> Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt

Log file will be located by going to Documents->NinjaTrader 7->Log->log.YYYYMMDD.txt
