I just updated and am now unable to launch the app, even as an administrator:

I re-installed 7.0.1000.38 and that one seems to work fine. I should have known better than to jump on an Ninja update the first day...

I got different issue after update. When I try to run replay, NT7 just stops working. I get " not responding " and it just keeps loading forever. Also noticed NT7 got a little slower. DON'T UPDATE TO LATEST 7.0.1000.39

Thanks for testing! Looks like the same sort of update last year? When we had to update to rollover for next contract. Looks like they are only baking in 1 year at a time now.

Thank you for your posts.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S" in the subject line so I may investigate these matters further.

* Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
* Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
* Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
* Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
