Tradestation to IB via ATI

Hi,

I use NinjaTrader V5.2.1000.3 running together with TWS Standalone 860.9.

I have followed the IB and TS auccount set up guide.


I have the "ati" function able, created an account connection for IB and I am connected this IB account.

I use the system "NTSample" on TS chart and I have an error message "no market data available".

So, I tried to add a second connection (the first one is IB connection as explained in the guide) to external data feed to have my tradestation data but :

When I try to connect to the "External Data Feed Connection" I have the following error message :

"Login failed : You can not connect while having an open "External Data Feed", "Market Replay Connection" or "simulated Data Feed" connection".

Then I tried first to connect to "external data feed" then to "ib connection" and I have the same problem


So, could you help me?

Can you do a reboot and then connect to External first and then to IB.

Can you check under File--> Disconnect if one of those datafeed providers is highlighted. If so, disconnect from it.

If not, send a note to [email protected] and put in the subject 'For Vince' and I will send you instructions on how to start from scratch.

I checked, "External Data Feed" is highlighted and I disconnected from it.

And so what, now?

Can you exit and restart NinjaTrader and then connect to External first and then IB.
