Can't add some intruments

I recently opened an account with you ninjatrader broker and to have access to market metrics I also subscribed to kinetic.



So i'm connected to kinetic and ninjatrader continuum i managed to add some market metrics
but it is impossible to add other market metrics of which here is the list:



TI5A.Z, VI6A.Z
TI5D.Z, VI6D.Z
TI6A.Z, VINA.Z
TI6D.Z, VIND.Z
TINA.Z, VIRA.Z
TIRA.Z, VIRD.Z
TIRD.Z
VI5A.Z
VI5D.Z

Glad to assist. Do you receive an error on screen when setting up these instruments? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

Or is the issue that no data is able to be received?

no error appears on the screen.
he does not find the instrument: (o instrument).
is it possible to organize a ssession by taking control of my computer?
