New Live Account not loading data

I have been sim trading for about 2 weeks with no problems, today is the first day my funds are available for live trading and the live data feed is not loading. The second sim account I have been using is loading data fine, the user name and password were accepted.

I have ninjatrader 8.0.21.1
Connected to "trader 1"
selected ES 06-20
2000 tick chart
no error message

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

tyler, just saw that this thread was started in the wrong group, did not see ninjatrader 7 heading. I am using version 8. Please let me know if I need to change this.
