Server side b/e & stop?
I was recently using a ATM strategy for my auto b/e and trailing stop. The market was rallying in my favor off of a market order I entered (ES ticker), my b/e was activated, then my trailing stop was activated and ratcheting up in my direction. As it was moving, I lost my connection with zen-fire, this was most likely my ISP's fault. However, when my connection was re-established I came back to an open loss of -5 (points not ticks). My trailing stop was at +3 with a profit trigger of +5 (ticks). My question for you is. When these stops are set, are they client or server side, because a loss of 5 points, especially when I was in the money, is unacceptable to me.Tags: None

Hello,
Thank you for your post.
Please review this link for where orders reside: http://www.ninjatrader-support.com/v...ead.php?t=5349
In the case of your disconnect, please contact your broker to see where your last stop was registered on their server and what the status of the stop was with them at the time of disconnect.Ray S.NinjaTrader Customer Service
