hello, how to be sure that my real account is in simulation mode and how to switch sim to real.

Thank you for your post.

Glad to assist. Each order entry window will have an Account drop-down menu for selection of the local Sim101 account or a connected live account. This menu determines which account the orders are submitted to.

If you have a live key already, this will also need to be entered via Help > License key. Once entered and connected to your account, you may go to the Control Center > File menu to disable "Global Simulation Mode." This will unlock the Account menus and allow you to select your live account for trading.

When enabled, this option ensures all accounts can only select the Sim101 for security - we recommend using this feature whenever Simulation trading so a live order is not submitted in error.
