Partial loss of drawings after closing and saving

I'm pretty new with NinjaTrader so I thought that I may have forgotten to "save all" but this has happened again and I'm sure that I selected "save all". When I reopen the program, the text and the box drawings are missing. Maybe other markings too. But the vertical lines and circles are there.
What could be the problem? Thank you for any suggestions!

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2543933" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
