Un-anchored text?

Hi.

I see that any text object I place on a chart anchors at the place it was created relative to price and moves R -> L along with price. Is there any way to make it stand still? ie it stays static on a chart and price moves R-L underneath it, so I could, for instance, title a chart "1min SR levels" and have the title stay in the same spot throughout a session?

What about having it just stay in the chart margin (of say, 150 pixels)?
