Continuum data not working

    Continuum data not working

    Good morning, I've a continuum data feed and when I open a new mini s&p chart in NY7 the data is not working. I know some months ago there were some changes in eurex products,but it's happening the same with ES and CL ??

    Thank you for your post.

    Are you sure you're looking at the correct contracts?

    Please follow the instructions below to roll over the expiration date of a futures contract.
    • From within the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools> Instrument Manager
    • Highlight the contract you wish to rollover on the left side of the Instrument Manager window
    • Press the '>' button (the instrument will disappear from the list)
    • Press the '<' button and the instrument should re-appear with the front-month expiration date
    • Select 'OK'
    • Select the updated contract in the Instrument drop-down menu within your currently opened windows (Charts, SuperDOMs, etc).

      I am having the same issue today with my new demo data trial. the contract i am using is ES 06-20. if I exit the charts and reload it then I get new data.

        Please send an email into PlatformSupport(at)NinjaTrader(dot)com with the username and password you're using to connect to you demo so we may investigate this issue. Please include the text "no data with demo connection" in the subject line of the email.

        NOTE: Please do not post user connection or account data on the forums. That information should be sent in an email to the Platform Support team.
