Enable strategy from Chart

Hello and thank you in advance.

I have a number of automated strategies I would like to be able to enable with a click of a button on the chart. There are numerous posts and examples on how to add buttons to the chart but haven't been able to find anything that envokes a strategy.

I've found this for NT8:

I've attached a chart trader add on for NT7. In a perfect world, I'd like to be able to click on a button which creates a new instance of a specific strategy, therefore enabling me to launch multiple instances of the strategy with the same button. The chart trader would then have many different strategies to choose from.

If not possible as described, is there a path of least resistance to accomplishing this?

Thank you for your post and welcome to the NinjaTrader Support Forum!

There is no supported means to have a button enable a new instance of a strategy.

I would recommend instead that you add the strategy to your chart with it disabled and then use the Strategies tab of the Control Center to enable the strategy with one click.
