My charts don't get updated!

I'm connecting with an IB connection. I tried to shut down and open NY few times, but once I connect, my charts (FX) don't get updated.
What can I do? Maybe delete the history? How can I do that?

Thank you for your post.

Try right clicking in your chart and selecting "Reload Historical Data."

Please try repairing your database:
1. Go to Tools --> Options --> Misc --> Repair DB



If that does not work, please answer the following quesitons:

Do you receive data in the Control Center?

Do your charts update for other instruments? (stocks, futures, etc)

What Instrument are you trying to chart?

I did as you suggested (Reload Historical data and Repair DB).
I pulled the first chart USDCHF from NT (with IB connection) and it was fine.
Then I tried to pull GBPCHF but I got just the current bar.
I tried with other currencies, and it's always the same problem.


I can see live prices in the Control Center

If I use the Yahoo connection for stocks, it updates fine

Hello,

Please go to Tools --> Account Connections --> (your IB connection) --> Change.

Hit next. Make sure you have use IB servers checked.

If you do, try right clicking in your chart and selecting "Reload Historical Data."
