The same problem I had in NT8. The alert works at the beginning of the day, maybe once or twice, but then it stops warning me

How often are you re-arming your alert?
How often are you expecting this alert to trigger?
What are all of the the parameters and conditions for your alert?
Who are you connected to for data?

I didn't know I had to rearm a PiceAlert in NT7, my teachers never told me about that, where is that option?

I expect this alert notify me every time a bar gets a volume (in FDAX 1 minute) greater than 500

I did not realize at first glance that was the PriceAlert indicator. You wouldn't need to re-arm that one.

I'd like to take a look at your log and trace files. Please write in to PlatformSupport(AT)NinjaTrader(DOT)com and reference this forum post. You can send your log and trace files by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
